Verso is a vocabulary flashcard app: capture the words you meet while reading, traveling, or studying, let AI fill in the meaning and an example, and remember them with spaced repetition.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account?

No. Verso works fully offline as a guest. Signing in with Apple or Google is optional and only enables backup and sync across your devices.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app, go to Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all synced data. Uninstalling the app removes the data stored on your device.

How does AI autofill work?

When you tap the AI button on a card, the word and your language pair are sent through our server to Google’s Gemini API to generate a meaning, an example sentence, and a translation.

Which languages are supported?

English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Russian, Vietnamese, Thai, and more.
